The house is located in Lajares, a favorite destination for those seeking peace and the sea. Just a 10-minute drive takes you to the paradise of El Cotillo, or to Corralejo in about 13 minutes. Lajares is a must-stop for anyone who hasn’t yet discovered this European Caribbean. The property is 5 minutes from the center, where you’ll find local restaurants, pizzerias, cafés, fashion shops, and a supermarket. Every Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00, there’s a local market with typical products. This 125 m² rural house comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests in 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It features a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, high-speed Wi-Fi ideal for video calls, TV, washing machine, and step-free access to one bedroom (the second bedroom is upstairs), bathroom, living room, and kitchen. Outside, you can enjoy a private barbecue on the rear terrace, sunbathe on the open front terrace, or relax on the covered terrace. There’s also an outdoor shower for added convenience during your stay. The house is in a very quiet part of the village, where silence is your best companion. For families, a crib and high chair are available upon prior request. In the downstairs bedroom, the two single beds can be joined with a topper to form a comfortable double bed, upon prior request.
